Day 187: RØoSTeRßeΔR

Cusco, Peru

Whole day painting! I was happy as a clam :D Definitely beats visiting the Incan Sacred Valley.

Anyway, Neil, the designer I was helping goes by the handle Roosterbear. His works are brilliant. I’m honestly jealous. His work made me question if I was at all a “designer.” Looking back at my portfolio, it almost seemed like I was nothing more than a commercial button-pushing robot whore. (Hehe , I nicked this from my idol David Thorne):

“There are many things to be said for working in the design industry but mostly that it is like being a dirty robot whore.”

So from 10am in the morning until 2am past midnight, Neil, his friend Ronald, and I painted away, trying to meet deadline. I’d be leaving for Machu Picchu the next morning and they to Lima.
