Day 60: Octopus’s Garden

So we got ourselves octopus from the market for BBQ tonight! None of us had ever prepared octopuses (octopi?) before but hey, one can pretty much google anything these days. Andy did a bit of research and ended up preparing the sauce and telling us what to do. Adam boiled the octopus for 45 minutes, then marinated it and off it went to the grill.

Even Tom who’s Mr. Save-The-Ocean couldn’t resist the temptation :]
