Day 116: Time Slows Down

Mijas Coste – Malaga – Mijas Coste, Spain

I don’t think I had woken up as late as today since my whole tripl. It was good to slow down the pace. It’s hard not to, considering Davids town, Mijas Coste, is totally a vacation town with villas all over.

We didn’t even leave the house to go out for lunch until almost 3 in the afternoon. David brought us to this 237 year-old restaurant. Good, cheap, hearty food.

I mentioned to David I wanted a haircut before I go to Morocco to anticipate the heat. He suggested that I go to his girlfriend, Carolina’s workplace. Carolina teaches aesthetic in a saloon. So off we went towards Malaga, and I got my free haircut. I didn’t end up with exactly what I wanted due to language barrier, but hey, it’s free :]

Malaga was quite small. We strolled around the city for a bit. Didn’t take much photos though. Told you, I  took it easy. I felt  like this is a vacation needed after my vacation, if you know what I mean.
